Evan was polite and professional when he installed my basement door. Kept area clean and kept me informed on what he was doing. I noticed a gap in the bottom of the French Patio Doors that he installed and he came back out and took the door apart and adjusted the moldings to where they should have been from the factory. So far there has not been any issues like I had before with the door that was bout through Home Depot.
